Helium Pressurization Chamber — a chamber used to pressurize test workpieces with helium.

Back-pressure leak testing: A test piece is placed in a leak detection fixture and pressurized with helium tracer gas at a specified pressure, then connected to the leak detector for evacuation. The tracer gas escapes through leak paths, and the leak detector measures the total leakage. This method is typically used for small electronic devices.
